Joelis Barandica-Rodriguez, the driving force behind Latinas in Property Management, identified a crucial need for change. Recognizing the underrepresentation of Hispanic women in executive positions within property management, she questioned the status quo.
Despite a rich presence of Latina community managers, the scarcity of regional and corporate roles was apparent. With a desire to empower her community and challenge these disparities, she set forth the vision that guides our organization.
